India will be playing Day-Night test in Australia for which
formal announcement will be made soon. This happened when one month before
Virat Kohli spoked about it that he and his team is ready to play day-night
test matches anytime in Australia.
"We are absolutely up for the challenge and whether its
Gabba, Perth doesn't matter to us. We do have the skillsets now to compete
against anyone in the world anywhere in any format of the game," Kohli
added.
As per Sourav Ganguly BCCI president also, team will play a
day-night test in Australia. They will also play one day-night test against
England at home next February and day-night test will be regular feature from now
onwards.
Venue of the match is not yet been finalized. It is likely
to be held in Perth or Adelaide of Australia. Indian team had played day-night
test against Bangladesh last November. Team has won the match with plenty of
spare time.
Team India has declined Australia’s offer to play day-night
test in Adelaide 2018-19 because of lack of experience.
Now team is ready to play test match against Australia
anywhere. As per Virat Australian team has is more stronger now and Indian team
is ready to accept the challenge.
Official announcement is yet to be made but if agreed it
will be fun to see both the teams playing day-night test matches.
